The two big belly trash receptors in the Dimond Dist were removed because of lack of maintenance by PWD, vandalism, large pizza box's and people used the recycle side for trash. The City street trash problem is poor maintenance by the PWD, not enough scheduled pick ups by waste management (only come after multiple calls), waste management not reporting damaged receptacles, vandalism and zero enforcement of littering laws.
