I entered a service request about the mosquito problem in your area; our technician should be there within one working day depending on their work load. They will inspect the property and surrounding neighborhood to determine the source of the problem and will take the necessary action to correct the problem; whenever possible we try to target Mosquitoes in the aquatic juvenile stage to control them at the source.

If we cannot get into the property due to locked gates then please check for anything that may be holding rainwater as Mosquitoes will breed in them by the hundreds, we’ll be checking the area surrounding the property for anything that may be contributing to the problem and will take the necessary steps to eliminate or treat the source.

If you are at the property when the technician arrives then please take the opportunity to inform them of your concerns. If you are not at the property when they arrive a card will be left providing you with detailed information on our handling of your request and what we will do to monitor the area for any further problems that may develop.

I would like to know what the results and what was done to resolve this mosquito problem. Why doesn't the county or city spray or fog to keep the mosquito population at bay? With the scare of Zika and other mosquito born illnesses it should be dealt with agressively. Please keep this open until the problem is resolved and you have informed me the actions that were taken.
