Last summer this issue with these people playing very loud music was reported here by someone else. It's the same issue again. https://seeclickfix.com/issues/2937077-policing-issue
They're at it again. It is 1:30 a.m. and it's so loud you can hear it all over the neighborhood from Foxon to Hemingway and a guy gets on a MC'ing mic which is ridiculously loud. They should have been told last year that they have to stop at 11:00 p.m.. Rock concerts are stopped at 11:00 in residential areas and it's why the Yale Bowl stopped having rock concerts many years ago. This is no different.
Aren't citations issued, especially for repeat offenders? If they had been told last year then they should know. We're not going to go through this all summer again. People deserve their sleep! Shutting windows doesn't help even as far away as I am, but it's also warm now and everyone doesn't have air conditioning. Either way what they're doing is wrong, inconsiderate and selfish. This is not a rare event such as two times per summer. This is often and it hasn't always been on just Saturday nights and I recall more than one night in row several times.
It's around some apartments between Foxon and Hemingway St on the right side headed south. I reported it to the police. Please enforce these issues. Some people do have to get up early in the morning.

It says An Anonymous See Click user. Either way, why should they get mad when it was 1:30 a.m. and extremely loud. As you can see by my link others complained last year and that's only those who know about See Click...it's not like other people up and down the street aren't complaining because neighbors talk to each other. If it hadn't happened too many times before then it would be lke my neighbor's 2 parties once a year and we understand that. But this has happened too often in the past so we should nip it in the bud now that summer is here. I know my neighbors' habits and houses even closer to the noise go to bed before 12:00 pm, there's a house for mental health people behind me, some old people, etc. If everyone did what they want it would be so noisy.
Every July people complain about 3 weeks of fireworks or firecrackers/M80s going off at all hours every day. Heck, I get along great with my neighbors with chickens but they got a rooster that you could hear all over when he would start crowing at 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and roosters are illegal in New Haven--it's not a farm. They got rid of it after complaints.

There is a soccer field located directly behind the apartments ( a New Haven Housing Authority property), housing authority never responds to noise complaints or litter complaints they are just really unresponsive and the UI station on Quinnipiac Avenue and that is where you are hearing that loud music from I hear it and I am four and a half blocks away it gets ridiculous on Friday and Saturday nights
Charles Galberth (my number and address are listed if anyone wants to see me) if anyone wants to get upset
