I'm posting this at a little after 12 Noon on Thursday; trash was picked up Wednesday morning. Fine is $250 PER DAY.

>>Has it been illegally sub-divided into multiple apartments?? (Last building permit pulled was to replace the porch deck. Yet I was inside that building not so long ago—and it was a complete shambles inside.)
