Description

Massive fence repair required:
1) There is a massive hole in the fence that I reported almost a year ago. I know it gets patched up, but then broken the very next day. It's so huge right now that I just saw a group of individuals roll shopping carts right through there.
2) There is a "new" hole in the fence right on the corner of Constitution Way and Atlantic Avenue (where the alameda beltline ends)
3) There is also a large hole in the fence facing the alameda beltline from the parking lot (use address 860 Atlantic Avenue)

Not only are these holes getting much larger, but it seems like the population of homeless are as well. I live in the community right across the road here - and there has been a large increase in crimes in this neighborhood (theft, vandalized property, etc.). This issue needs immediate attention!!!!
