I have owned the property at the corner of State & Bradlee for 38 years and the problem continues. Stop prcastanating and put up a red light and move the bus stop under the underpass. Restricting parking is a hardship on the residence and businesses. The police should put up speed traps;honestly;the rate of speed is insane.Further a cross walk needs to be installed for the safety of our residents and customers.

As it is, cars regularly park in the no parking bus zone. In 2013 the city engineer reviewed the intersection after an accident made the intersection a high priority. We were told he was working on a design proposal, then the project was put on hold until after sewer separation. During this analysis, a bump-out was discussed, which would be better than nothing, but will take time and won't necessarily solve the problem. There is a blinking yellow light in place. A full light should be quickly installed before someone is seriously injured.

A light or reducing speed must be implemented asap before we have a fatality and we all feel terrble about it. It is impossible to safley make turns off Bradley street. Please fix.

Just change the blinking yellow lights on both sides of the overpass to a blinking red. Cheap, fast and effective.

I want to thank you for your timely comment the afternoon of the accident. I routinely make a right hand turn at that corner to travel south down State Street on my way home from work, and happened to see your post just before I left, so I was able to avoid being caught up in the accident scene. It's a terrible intersection and travel speeds on State Street make it especially dangerous to enter the flow of traffic, especially with the limited sight lines there.

There are multiple SeeClickFix issues on this intersection. This issue should remain open until traffic calming on State Street has been resolved, and sight lines can't be blocked by cars parking long term, or temporarily, in the no parking zone on State at Bradley.

There is a light there now that only flashes, making it no better than a stop sign. Please make this a functioning green/res light. I live on Bradley and am always afraid to pull out onto State, whether I’m going right or left.
