Call the police, they should get them out.

Many problems with residents from 182 Webster. They hang out on street at all hours of the night, throw trash in area, double park their cars for hours sometimes,etc, etc and it is all related to illegal drug activity.

Agreed, it's an ongoing issue with the residents at 182 Webster, JCPD needs to address the illegal narcotics, loitering, and loud obnoxious activities that detriment the lively hood and safety of the neighborhood. Not to mention produce a polluted environment for the children in the area.

As a neighbor, I don't think you should waste our city officials time with a complaint like this. You can simply go out and ask them to take it somewhere else. Is it the pot that actually bothers you or the noise? If it's the noise of conversation, then I understand. Please do your part as a citizen and take up the issue directly with the persons you disagree
with.

If the issue is loitering and noise, you need to call the police. I would NOT mess with these people (at that address)

Based on some comments made here by neighbors, I think it's wise not to address this in person.

We can't have groups of people hanging out on our sidewalks smoking weed. Call the cops.
