Illegal squatting and homeless encampment is sprouting up at Admiral Callaghan near the intersection of I-80 facing the Shell gas station and on Admiral Callaghan and Turner Parkway. Various tents are cropping up and so are garbage, feces, vomit, discarded drug materials. Two discrepit RVs just started parking at the old purple and yellow building that used to be a furniture store, and the other day we saw a homeless person peeing in broad daylight. This is unfair to honest tax-paying homeowners in Vallejo. Vallejo City Officials, please fix this issue. Thanks you.
