We have notified National Grid on this matter and will provide an update when we hear back.

Update: National Grid has informed us that this is not their equipment. We will be tracking this down through either Verizon or Comcast.

I spoke to Verizon last week and I was told it would be corrected. I believe as of yesterday it was not. I will call some one higher up the chain of command to get this resolved.

I just sent a text message to a higher person with in the Verizon company. Lets see what happens.

I talk to that person again and told him it has not been corrected, and he stated he will find out it why it was not done and will make sure it does get done this time.
