Description

I think there is a ordinance (?) or some law on the books that states noisy lawn machines (lawn mowers, leaf blowers, edge trimmers, etc.) cannot be used before a certain time in the morning and after a certain time in the evening. One of my neighbors was out at 730 this morning mowing his lawn. What are the times, and who do I call when this happens?
