Amazing... the dumpster at my business was so full ONE time that i couldn't cigar the lid....but all the bags were in it nothing on the ground and a high ranking city official sent the Board of Health down to tell me i that i had to MOVE the dumpster ago that it was out of sight ... go figure!

If these people can't follow basic trash guidelines how are they trusted with taking care of kids?

I have reopened the original ticket regarding this violation. I will be personally following up on this issue.

Department of Public Works assigned this issue to Christopher Webb (Director of Public Health)

I was at this address this AM and spoke with the business owner. He was in a dispute with JRM over billing that didn't belong to him and once that was corrected JRM emptied the Dumpster. There was some residual trash on the ground and it was cleaned up. This bag was dropped after that clean up. I called the business owner the afternoon and ordered him to clean up this bag and monitor the area throughout the day. The current fine total for these violations is $750.00 Chris Webb Dir Public Health
