I am not sure why this was closed by the inspector because nothing has been done. The tree branches are well over grown in the ally and covering the telephone pole where lines to several houses are attached to this power pole. There is also a WHITE Wire that someone has attached to my fence and weaved it through the branches up to the pole. The entire ally needs to have the branches trimmed away from the power poles.

If this is actually a power line (and not phone / cable only) I suggest you call Dominion and report it by giving them the pole number. They would be more likely to trim it faster than the City. But, because it has not been trimmed, and there is a power line running along Brook Road, I doubt it's a power line. That said, you could still call Verizon. They might also want to check out the mystery line that you noted to see if someone is stealing cable.
