Description

Payless Shoe Source (closed permanently) is now full of trash again, sorry Vince. So is the adjacent property. All this is blowing around the area. This should be addressed by the property owner by making the lot inaccessible with fencing. Other wise this will be an endless mess Vince's crew will have to deal with it. Plus there is graffiti on the wall.
