The Greater New Haven WPCA is addressing this issue. The Manhole cover and frame will be secured and replaced in a timely manner.
The Greater New Haven does not monitor SeeClickFix on a regular basis! When reporting dangerous issues such as this you should contact your local emergency departments.
The GNHWPCA also has a 24 hour emergency number that can be used when reporting missing manhole covers.
