Bob blowing his garbage over here doesnt help. Besides it is illegal and it does not help keep the neighborhood clean at all. All it does is keep his property clean and screw everyone else. Maybe you can help Bob bag up his garbage next time he's out there.

Again...
Lastly... Thats what sites like this are for... I don't need to go up to him and discuss something he knows he is doing wrong. Just like this person is saying for me to say the "real reason why I am reporting him" I dont need the drama from people that think no one could tell them anything... He is wrong and that is it! No one said anything about bad neighbor or anything like that. He keeps blowing his garbage-leaves (doesn't matter) onto people's property! Have him clean up after himself or help him that is it... By acting ignorant and trying to start dtama where there isn't any is not that smart! One and Only reason he is being reported! Have some respect and consideratiin for others! Dispose of your garbage the right way not onto others property.

you're welcomed on my observation and input of the situation that is affecting our block... Again I want no problems and I also hope this isn't taken in a negative fashion. When it comes to networking or computers R.I.P would be Routing information protocol. Wich would be irrelevant to the issue being discussed. On the more vulgar or commonly used way rip would stand for rest in peace. Which could be taken in a threatening way. I am sure it wasn't meant this way since an issue like this shouldn't be taken past the level of being reported to the corresponding authorities. Anything else escalating the issue past this would be a great ignorance and irresponsibility by whoever escalates the situation. I hope everyone had a nice weekend, thank you.

Please don't take this out of context. I'm only trying to be helpful.
