also asked...
Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The right turn signal from Texas onto Emancipation is extremely short, and is poorly synchronized to the timing of the actual train. Traffic frequently backs up to turn right, especially at rush hour. Additionally, there is a "no right turn" signal, independent of the train signal, which seems to be totally unnecessary. In addition to the turn lane specifically, all of the signals at this intersection seem poorly synchronized to the train.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
Q. What direction were you traveling?
A. All
