Q. Please briefly describe the situation.
A. Every time there is a heavy rain, a large amount of water floods Hackett Blvd, starting at 336 Hackett at Adams Park Apts. down to John David Lane. The water extends out into the middle of Hackett and covers the sidewalks. This same issue was reported in 2015 and marked "Resolved" but it isn't. It keeps on occurring.
