The Greater New Haven WPCA visited this location and tracked the stream from the bridge next to 355 Blake St. upstream behind the apartment buildings on Springside Ave. to a point across from Common Grounds School. Although the stream looked to be muddy in color in some areas, there was no obvious smell of sewage at the time of my visit. We would be more than happy to meet with you in the field to better verify the location in which you are referring to. Please feel free to call my office and I will have either myself or one of the Authorities representatives perform further field inspections to see if we can determine the cause.
