Description
Manhole cover needs re-seating and cushioning at 28 Eld St. Loud double bang when cars/trucks drive over, especially loud when vehicles speed through.

Update: Spoke with Rick Hurlburt, GNHWPCA. He has submitted a work order for the crew to install a cushioning wrap to silence the cover.
