Upper side of swale shows a fair amount of sloughing from yard

Information was sent in for a stake out, just waiting for that to clear, then we will schedule a day.

Will be there today 10-12-2021. To fix issue.

Found unmarked wire

Called utiliquest to find out if wire is dead.

Never heard back from utiliquest about the unmarked wire.

Job can not be completed at this time.

We did clean a portion of the swale on both sides of the drive way to help with water flow.
