Problem solve we do make good detectives.. The manager dropped this off from another property since they are cleaning up the the over grown lot behind me in 3rd. Thanks for you help.

Actually I am a 'proactive'. I just like to look for solutions to problems so I don't have to wait long for resolution. Either take care of it myself, or provide the 'responsible fixers' with as much info as possible to make their job easier ... which expedites the resolution. Glad the issue was resolved. I passed the info on to our LCI specialist (who regularly reviews and responds to SeeClikFix) last night, so he may also follow up on it. Keep up the good work Mom!
