Description

Bike lanes were installed on 20th street, but there is no physical separation and no enforcement. the lanes currently serve as a parking area and they now make the street, and using the bike Lanes, even more dangerous for cyclists. Enforcement and a barrier (e.g. soft hit posts) are needed. Bikes aren't able to use the bike lanes.
