Houses on this block share a side wall of the home as a fence between properties. Property 430 Echo Summit Rd. has old mattress, trash, debris, against the wall of my home, stack about 5ft high. Since i do not have access to this side of the wall, i cannot do anything about it. i believe my screen vents on that side of the wall are not in place since i get waken up every night with noises under my house (probably cat, raccoons or rats as i have killed several in the yard). This house has 8 cars, 3 that don't work and are parked on the street with expired tags. About 10-12 people live in this house including kids. Their front yard is also full of trash. I had to build a fence with my money just to not see their trash as it was the first thing i saw exiting my home. Black trash bags everywhere with trash worms everywhere. Its disgusting. Pitbull on the back, i feel bad for that dog and the condition he has to live in. Please do something about it. Tenants keep saying that they will do a dump run, its been more than a year.
