Description
The traffic on Crescent from the west approaching the traffic signal at Crescent and Grasso is treacherous to cars waiting there already and to pedestrians. There is a blind curve just before the light and anyone traveling faster than the speed limit comes upon the light suddenly. It's very common for us to have the green or walk signal from either Grasso or Roger White, and to have no cars visible from the west, but to have one arrive and be squealing their brakes before we finish crossing. (Traffic from the east is way too fast, also, but at least it's visible.)
Is a speedbump at the curve an appropriate approach to this problem.
