On the same corner of the Express Laundromat, James streets crosses and there is an underpass in front of it. The road under that underpass is so damaged, it needs to be fixed before the winter snow hits & damages it even more. It will be a non drivable area soon as the ground is breaking and deteriorating. It is damaging to automobiles and will cause so much traffic if that road has to close. Please fix the road, it has been like that for years. Years ago the other streets were fixed connecting to this area except for this one & it is WAY more damaged than those areas were.
