Yes. FYI. Codes can only enforce.. this us a conversation that should be brought to : All city council and Mayor. 2 miles the other dirrection and it would have been condemned already. Proper channels as I did to demolish 747 35th. Evicting BOLEY. Yes they were but privately. Only tenant in a four unit heap. Shame on Boley again. Request city councilman inspect. This property can be deemed as a nuisance property however there is a process, start with calling the police on everything wrong at that address. It clears for 10 minutes. Make sure the different departments of our city stay very busy on this address. All of them. At that point this property will move to the top of the list

The City and the Neighborhood Association are working with the owners on the property. Please be patient with this property. The association has just help the owner issue a blanket trespass warrant which will help keep people of the property while the owner works with the city to get zoning issue fixed. once the zoning issue are fix, the owner will be repair / replacing the house. Our interaction with the owners are on the positive side. thank you for caring about the neighborhood.
