Description

Last night, during the windstorm, a very large, V-shaped branch broke off the town tree by the house at 43 Swarthmore St, on the border with my property at #35. The branch is as large as a small tree in itself. It is currently sitting, upside down, on the sidewalk, my property, the adjacent property, and the roadway. It is a hazard for cars and pedestrians.
