The Public Works has sent another response. They are currently studying locations for flashing yellow arrows. Capital and Durant is not one of them. Capital and Durant in an NCDOT intersection and they do not typically install flashing yellow arrows when there are dual left turns or traffic will be crossing more than two lanes of traffic. We also have consultants studying different corridors throughout Raleigh and Capital Blvd. is one of them. We are trying different timing plans to achieve the most efficient and safe movement of traffic. Thank you for your concern and input in the movement of traffic throughout Raleigh.
