Last year or the year before the people behind McDonald's on Temple place (brown stucco house) put in some sort of like fountain thing in the brook to make it prettier but they loaded it up w rocks etc that was backing up the brook. I reported it before but someone should look into it!!

I believe it’s the last house on Paul St. For the town, this is flood zone area and conservation land. No one should be altering water flow of Baiting Brook.

Here is the back up near my house 10 Cavatorta dr. Brook isn’t moving any water.

The culvert at Rt 9 and Ellis needs to be cleared too. Lots of tires from clean machine in there.

Has anyone from the town(city) looked into this complaint yet?

Issue still hadn’t been resolved
Brook isn’t flowing.

Baiting Brook water is still high on my property 10 Cavatorta Drive since the winter. I haven’t seen any city trucks looking into this issue. Already lost several large oak trees to root rotting. This Brook is only four or five feet wide over the years. I will attach a photo of water issue.
