The material is all over the sidewalk, belonging to an RV that's been parked there for at least a month: 2 motorcycles (in disrepair), large mattress, shelves, and a bunch of unknown stuff under a very large blue tarp. The RV is parked on San Leandro, south side of the street and on the west corner (closer to BART). It hasn't moved in weeks, and by now it can't move cos half its household is all over the sidewalk (under the tarp). Thank you for your help!
