  They should start towing these vehicles and sell them at auctions someone will buy the car and actually drive to a job with it people are so nasty ughhhhh

  I confronted a gentleman this afternoon who took a mattress out in plain daylight and placed it in another vehicle on my street I asked him what he was doing and wasn't scared that someone was watching him or anything people are bold. I don't know what the solution is though 😏 Guessjust keep reporting to SCF. I never saw anything like this working in Union City Hayward or San Leandro. Why Oakland?

  If you can get photos or video of the people and a license plate number of the illegal dumpers. You can turn them in to the Law Corps 238-6517 lawcorps@oaklandcityattorney.org they do offer rewards.

  Perhaps the brazenness stems from the common knowledge of Oakland's strapped resources. Everyone knows OPD only prioritize violent crimes. Property crime and blight issues are low priority for OPD.

  Just speculation, but some people who may be hopped up on desperation, drugs or untreated chemical imbalances feel invincible. Or invisible. Or something.
