Another illegally parked vehicle associated with Lothrop Corp. (lights on in the building and people inside). This is after repeated complaints from residents and after the city handled things the right way by politely speaking with the owner just a few days back and asking that he not allow this to occur again. The vehicle is right between two "no parking" signs and is parked just feet from the entrance to the company's nearly empty parking lot. As a result of its position, vehicles must cross the double yellow to get by (as the photo shows). Thank you in advance for following up again on this.
