Snow plows have not come down Putnam street once today. In addition, tag & tow was yet again not enforced, so it is likely that plows will have a hard time making it through. this happens EVERY SINGLE storm EVERY YEAR. Its really appalling. I have the privilege of a job that lets me work from home, but my neighbors cant get to work. I now plan for like 4 days of being snowed in, even though I'm less than a mile from downtown, where I can assure you the streets are dry. Next time I'm going to camp out in East Rock and see how long it takes for a plow to pass. You know, just in case some neighborhoods get a different level of service than others - based on who lives there.
