The plow truck cleared all the snow in front of 19-21 Chester Street and pushed the snow in other residents driveways. This happens every time It snows. We have elderly people that cannot get out of their driveways because of this. We shovel our driveways and the plow continues to block them again. The plow truck makes special trip on Chester Street just to remove the snow from that house only. The attached pictures can prove this.
