After the snowstorm on the third, a backhoe came from the city on the seventh to help move snow on Mount Vernon Park. In trying to maneuver the backhoe ripped the phone lines off of our house. The driver was very nice about it, and I thought it might be reported but it seems that it hasn't. The lines are coiled up by the main pole on Mount Vernon Street still attached and swinging around and our lines are still hanging from our house. Could someone be sent out to reconnect our lines? Thank you.
