it seems that there is a homeless man living on the sidewalk at the address indicated. Linden & 24th. Reporting so we can have a team reach out to him for help. It looks like the beginning of a single person encampment, with items, blankets, personal belongings on the sidewalk. He is also sometimes intoxicated and disturbs the peace at night (until late hours/loud/music). please send a team to provide help and shelter.

Please report this issue to the Oakland Police Department, Non-emergency Line, at (510) 777-3333 for if the individual is intoxicated and/or being a nuisance to the area.
