At 133 Jennings Avenue is a situation that I’ve been complaining about-this is at least 4th request for an health inspector to check my next door neighbor’s weird & unsanitary condition & my family having to live right next door !!! I had a call yesterday from a disinterested man from the City I believe his last name was Bernal -he said it’s NOT A VIOLATION!!!! What a Crock of crap!!!!
