Description

Constituent of 281 Myrtle Ave called to report major flooding. There is a catch basin on the corner facing Myrtle Ave and a catch basin facing Atlantic St. She removed anything that was on top of the catch basins but it seems to be an internal problem and water is not going down. She is very concerned because of it possibly freezing over and it is a major safety hazard because there is a crosswalk there where children walk to school.
