Description
The new audible pedestrian signals at Arsenal Square (crossing both Garden Street and Concord Ave) are beeping constantly, including when pedestrian signals are red, and crossing vehicle traffic is green. Is this by design? Seems dangerous for the visually-impaired. Tried to upload a movie but apparently that's not allowed.

Interesting. I didn't hit the button to actually request a crossing signal, but the rapid pattern didn't happen on its own during the light cycle I observed.
Will residents get to enjoy the constant beeping during the night whent the weather warms up and windows are open?
