Rental property. Tenants store trash cans in front yard right next to their front porch.They have an enormous amount of trash in their backyard attracting rodents. They have erected a basketball goal on the border of the front yard which allows children to play in the street. This is very unsafe because the childen don't look out for oncoming traffic and even when cars approach they don't move out of the street. This landlord is not monitoring his property!
