Description
A homeless encampment and bicycle chop shop is growing at the bicycle path undercrossing under the Nimitz freeway. This is a safety issue, they are encroaching upon the bicycle path and creating a major safety hazard. This is a dark area and the safety of cyclists at night in particular is at risk. Alternative routes around this area (Oak St -> 7th st) while the Embarcadero bridge is being replaced are also hazardous for cyclists.
