Description

the ground washed away underneath the sidewalk. I stuck a stick in a hole in the sidewalk and it was at least 1 foot down before I hit any dirt. I am worried that it could cave in or become a sink hole.

It is clearly worse since last year. There is about 1 foot of nothing under the sidewalk concrete. You can drop a 1 foot stick in that hole easily.

The cracks have gotten far more extensive this winter and you can tell there's nothing underneath when you tap your foot
