Opis

Please repaint pavement "STOP" signs on southbound Franklin at 3rd St and 2nd St. We are seeing a big increase in auto accidents and pedestrian dangers as those signs are very faded. A serious 2 car crash occurred today.
ALSO please make "one-way" and "do-not-enter" signs more prominent on Franklin in the same stretch. I see cars driving the wrong way on Franklin EVERY SINGLE DAY.
