  The tenant s vehicle was on the street with registered tags. However with no driveway and limited off street parking due to businesses being run out of homes the car was placed in the yard so tenants could have 2 parking spots out front. It is being towed to the repair shop this week. I'm glad to see the neighbor was highly concerned about this and not the other issues on the street such has trash and businesses being run out of homes limiting the parking to begin with. And it does have a up to date registration.
