I have been reporting as others have for over 3 weeks, i was told by artsem that the railroad company piled up all the garbage from the homeless camp and this where they decided to put it instead of picking it up and hauling it off. Once again the city is dropping the ball when it comes to forcing the owners to clean up there property's The railroad company is not taking responsibility for there property! The city is dropping the ball when it comes to pushing the railroad company to clean there tracks up! We the taxpayers need the city to push the issue on these problems, instead of backing off and doing nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats the problem Vic David, the city wont hold up to there end of the bargain , nor will the railroad, nobody wants to go the extra mile to tackle this situation! Instead they push it off on each other as there responsibility and both do NOTHING but shun there duties! Its very aggravating that the city doesnt go the extra step in cleaning up the sites in this town or least push the owners of these property's to clean up there sites!
