Description
Just wanted to recommend that a crosswalk be put in crossing Townsend avenue to the Pardee Seawall. People cross here all the time because it is the beginning of the seawall but cars are quickly driving around this curve and it becomes an unsafe crossing point.

Cars seem to think that curve is a place to tear around from both directions and there have multiple accidents as a result of the speed. We know because we see them.
There are formal accessible style sidewalk crossing “ramps”, but there is no way to safely cross there.
State Rd or not, it is no longer a “highway” from the city to the country, it is residential and needs common sense traffic signals/lights to allow safe crossing, as well as to allow residents living near the curve to enter & exit their driveways safely.
