Sharraxaadda

Construction site at 207 Alice St (corner of Alice and 2nd) has it's construction vehicles constantly parked on the sidewalk preventing access to handicapped persons and in some cases blocks the emergency entrance to utility rooms of multi unit residential buildings which would be a disaster in an emergency. The construction manager of this site has been contacted several times yet the problem persists. It would be helpful if the City of Oakland would police this illegal practice.
