We have the same problem on Main St. The condo building across the street and the multifamily houses along Main St will put non-blue bag garbage on the curb. We also have a big problem with cars that stop at the Mountain and Main light where they will put their trash on our curb as they wait for the light to turn green. This happens every single week. Very frustrating!

We have the same problem with people throwing trash in our recycling or leaving it on the curb. The trash bags are cheap enough that they could spring for a roll. The DPW shouldn't have to make extra trips to clean up after them either. They have enough to do, and I think they're doing a great job!
Maybe we should keep our rubber gloves handy and start going through looking for a name and address and their trash back to them!
My family has been in this house well over a hundred years, and I don't remember people ever being this inconsiderate of their neighbors, at least in my lifetime. My Dad went out and swept the street just about every night. Don't see that very often now! Okay, sorry about the rant!

Why have I not gotten a response on this, its been almost 5 days and more trash has been added to this giant mess.
