This pothole is located on Glenwood Ave Service Road which is maintained by NCDOT.

This location is not maintained by the City of Raleigh. We will close this See Click Fix inquiry at this time as only the City uses SCF to track issues in our area.

I reported this to DOT and they said they do not maintain this road and that the City of Raleigh does. How can I find out which of you is correct?

Thank you for your note. The NCDOT does not maintain Oak Park Road or the surrounding access roads, In that area, we maintain US 70. The City of Raleigh is responsible for the maintenance of Oak Park Road. I will provide a link to the City of Raleigh's website so you may contact them. The City of Raleigh is responsible for maintaining Oak Park Road; however we are not responsible for maintaining Glenwood Ave access road which is where the pothole is located. As stated by Mr. Gracey, NCDOT maintains US 70 which is coincidentally also the name of the access road in question. If NCDOT denies maintenance responsibilities I am not sure who you should contact. Wish we could be of more help.

I reported this again to DOT. I'd like this report to stay open until such time that DOT responds with an update. Somebody, either COR or DOT, obviously must responsible for this road, so I'd like to get to the bottom of it.
