A similar situation exists near of 211 Clinton Avenue. Considerable amounts of cardboard there as well.

I believe that collection trucks' workers should be more supervised since it is not the first time Mr. Frank. One of the esteem sanitation supervisors should observe the trucks especially Clinton Ave between JFK and Westside Ave.They always have weak reasons to justify not picking up the trash. Like trash is improperly placed or recycle items are not inside transparent plastic bag..etc.
